2-year quality guarantee: All our radiator cover furniture is guaranteed for a period of two years, against any manufacturing defect, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. The guarantee will not apply in cases where it is evident that the problem has been caused by misuse of the product.

Returns & Exchanges: all our furniture is special measures manufactured expressly for the needs of the client. Changes or returns will not be accepted, except those that have a manufacturing or transport defect. In any case, the start date of the guarantee will be the one that appears on the purchase invoice, which will be sent by email once the furniture has been delivered.

The guarantee of the purchased products will be the purchase invoice. that you must save for possible claims. This guarantee only covers the delivery address of the order, for any claim it will be the customer’s responsibility to transport the merchandise to the delivery address.

Transport damage insurance, all our furniture travels fully insured against any damage caused during transport. Any furniture that has suffered any damage will be replaced as soon as possible completely free of charge for the customer. The customer must review the merchandise and report any damage to the packaging or the merchandise within 24 hours of receiving the order. It is recommended that if there is any external sign of damage to the package, it is specified on the delivery note, if the delivery note is signed as picked up without further specification, it is understood that the package has arrived in good condition and that the damage has occurred subsequently, so claims will not be accepted from those users who have not signed the delivery note indicating that the package needs to be checked.
